The biggest custom day we've built (so far)
April 2026: Aegis Financial, a 95-guest group from the US, landed at Schiphol in the morning and had to board their river cruise ship in Zaandam that same afternoon. We met them with two coaches, kept every suitcase on board, ran three tours in parallel, a classic food tour, an Anne Frank group with 30 house tickets, and a canal walking tour, then delivered the whole group dockside before all-aboard.
Late arrivals got VIP car transfers straight to the ship, one of them three days later in another country. The organizer had one phone number the entire day: ours.

How far in advance should I book a custom private tour? +
The earlier the better, especially in summer (May-September). Two to four weeks ahead is ideal, but we've built last-minute tours with 24 hours' notice. Just ask.
How long until you reply to my request? +
We reply to all custom tour requests the same day (Amsterdam time). Late-evening requests get an answer the next morning.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies? +
Yes. Vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, halal, nut-free, kid-friendly. Tell us in your message and we'll plan stops that work. We do it all the time.
Is the tour wheelchair-accessible? +
We can design a fully wheelchair-accessible route with shorter walking distances, seated tastings, and step-free venues. Our boat tours have step-free access on most vessels, just confirm in your inquiry.
Can you arrange transportation, hotel pickup, or cruise-port pickup? +
Yes. We offer pickups from your hotel, Schiphol Airport, and any cruise terminal: Passenger Terminal Amsterdam, IJmuiden, Zaandam, and Rotterdam. Coach, taxi, and private boat transfers can all be arranged, and on airport or ship days your luggage stays safely on the coach during the tour.
What's the difference between a custom tour and your other private tours? +
Our named private tours (Food Tour, Bike Tour, Boat Tour, etc.) follow a set route with set tastings, proven and ready to book. A custom tour starts from scratch and is built around exactly what you want. Some travelers prefer one, some the other.
Do you offer tours in languages other than English? +
Most tours are in English, but we can arrange guides in Dutch, Spanish, French, and German depending on availability. Mention your preferred language in your message.
Can you accommodate large groups (10+ people)? +
Yes, we regularly run custom tours for groups of 10-25, including corporate events and family reunions. For 25+, we split the group into pods of 10-12, each with its own guide, running in parallel. Our largest program to date hosted 95 guests in three parallel tours.
Can you run the whole day A to Z, including transport and tickets? +
Yes, that's our specialty. Airport or cruise-ship pickup with coaches, luggage kept on board, parallel food and history tours, museum tickets like the Anne Frank House, VIP car transfers for late arrivals, and drop-off at your hotel, ship, or Schiphol. One contract, one point of contact on WhatsApp all day.
