Where does the tour start and end? +
The tour starts at Gastrovino Amsterdam (Spuistraat 330) in the city centre, unless your hotel is within walking distance and your guide picks you up there. The tour ends in the Jordaan, close to the Anne Frank House, in a lovely area to continue exploring.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies? +
Often, yes, but it depends on the restriction. Vegetarian and pescatarian options are usually possible, and we can often adapt some stops for gluten-free guests too. Please let us know in advance, and we'll do our best to adjust the experience for your group.
How much walking is involved? Is it suitable for slow walkers? +
It's an easy, scenic walk of about 2.5 km / 1.5 miles through central Amsterdam and the Jordaan. Since this is a private tour, we can keep a more relaxed pace and adjust the route a bit if needed.
Can kids join this Amsterdam food tour? +
Yes, families with children are very welcome. We offer non-alcoholic alternatives for younger guests, and drinks can also be swapped for coffee, tea, or soda.
