We start underground at Gastrovino, a small wine cellar tucked just minutes from Dam Square, with aged Gouda and your first pour. From there you’ll walk past the floating Flower Market and step inside a 17th-century merchant house for young Gouda and a local wine. Continue toward the West-Indisch Huis, the building where Pieter Stuyvesant, the founder of New York, once held court, and end at a historic canalside cafe with a charcuterie board of meats, breads and spreads paired with a final glass.
