50 to 200 guests, and larger groups on request
Large Group Tours in Amsterdam: 50, 100 or 200 Guests, Never One Big Crowd
Adam & Eve Tours hosts large groups in Amsterdam: company outings, incentive trips, conference groups and cruise groups, from two guests to two hundred, and larger groups on request. Nobody walks in a crowd. The party splits into small groups, each with its own guide, the groups run in parallel, and they usually share the same final stop, so everyone ends the day together.

How a group of 100 runs
On a food or bike tour we split the party at 12 guests per guide, and one guide can take up to 15 if you ask. On a boat or history tour we split at 15. Each parallel group gets its own guide, and they usually end at the same final stop. So a group of 100 never walks as one: it is small groups, a guide for each, and one finish.
The same split runs the company Christmas party in December, with a private start as late as 19:00: see the company Christmas party as a food tour. In January or February the team tour doubles as the company kick-off.
What we have run
Our largest program to date hosted 95 guests in three parallel tours. In April 2026 a 95-guest group from the US landed at Schiphol in the morning and had to board a river cruise ship in Zaandam that same afternoon. We met them with two coaches, kept every suitcase on board, ran three tours in parallel, and delivered the whole group dockside before all-aboard. The full story is on our custom group day page.
We had a group of 85 people to coordinate logistics and entertainment for and Adam & Eve Tours were professional, friendly and incredibly prepared… It was incredibly helpful to have someone local take charge of logistics from a group that was from USA and unfamiliar with the rules, distance, timing, etc. I would not plan another group trip to Europe without having Otto and his team involved.
On the water
One private boat seats up to 30. For bigger groups we run a larger boat that takes up to 50, or several boats side by side. Groups of up to 150 guests go on the water with us. Tell us your numbers and we will quote it.
Coaches, pickups and the whole day
Coaches seat up to 50 each, and we run several in parallel for bigger groups. We also arrange airport or cruise-ship pickup, luggage kept on board, museum tickets like the Anne Frank House, and drop-off at your hotel, ship or Schiphol. One contract, one point of contact on WhatsApp all day. For a cruise ship's port call, see shore excursions: we pick up at every Amsterdam cruise terminal and have you back on board on time.
What it costs
The 3-hour team food tour is €99 per person excluding VAT, €119.79 per person including 21% Dutch VAT, and you can book it online for up to 50 guests. For a bigger group, or a day with boats, coaches or a venue, tell us your dates and group size and we send a proposal and exact pricing the same day.
Agencies, languages and the invoice
Event agencies and DMCs book us for their clients too; ask for our trade terms. Tours are guided in English as standard. Dutch, Spanish, French, German, Russian and Ukrainian are possible depending on guide availability, so name the language in your enquiry. We invoice your company directly, with the company name, address and VAT number on it, or you pay by card through a payment link.
Good to know
Large group questions, answered
What is the largest group you can host in Amsterdam? +
Group size runs from two guests to two hundred, and larger groups on request. The largest program so far was 95 guests in three parallel tours, so tell us your numbers early and we plan the guides around them.
Does a group of 80 walk through Amsterdam as one group? +
No. On a food or bike tour the party splits at 12 guests per guide, up to 15 with one guide if you ask, and on a boat or history tour at 15. The groups run in parallel and usually share the same final stop.
How many guests fit on a boat? +
One private boat seats up to 30 and a larger boat takes up to 50. For a bigger group we run several boats side by side, and we take up to 150 guests on the canals.
Can you arrange coaches for a large group? +
Yes. Our coaches take up to 50 guests each, and for a bigger group several run in parallel, picked up and dropped off wherever you need.
How do we get a price for 120 guests? +
Tell us your dates, group size and what the day is for, and we send a proposal and exact pricing the same day. As a reference, the 3-hour team food tour is €99 per person excluding VAT, €119.79 including 21% Dutch VAT.
Do you work with event agencies and DMCs? +
Agencies and DMCs book us for their clients, and there are trade terms for them. Mail us the brief.
Can a large group be guided in Spanish, French or German? +
English is standard. Dutch, Spanish, French, German, Russian and Ukrainian are possible depending on guide availability, so name the language when you enquire.
Can you run the whole day, with transport and tickets? +
Running the whole day A to Z is our specialty: pickup with coaches, luggage kept on board, parallel food and history tours, museum tickets like the Anne Frank House, and drop-off at your hotel, ship or Schiphol.
Can we cancel or move a large group booking? +
For a large group, free cancellation runs up to 48 hours before the start. Need a different date instead? Tell us as soon as your plan shifts and we move the group if guides are free.
Can you handle vegetarian, vegan, halal and allergies in a group this size? +
Dietary restrictions are covered on every Adam & Eve group tour. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal, you name it. Send the list with your headcount and each guide gets the needs of their own group before the day.
Can a guest in a wheelchair join? +
A guest in a wheelchair can join. Tell us in your enquiry and that group's guide adapts the route to make it wheelchair friendly. A foldable wheelchair makes it easier.
Are there toilets along the way? +
There is a toilet at the first stop and one at the last. In between, each guide knows the cafés along the route where guests can step in for a minute, so just say the word.
Is tipping expected on a large group tour? +
Tipping is not expected on a group tour, or anywhere in the Netherlands: every guide is paid properly. If they made your day, a tip is welcome and always optional.
Can we pay for a large group tour in US dollars? +
Prices are in euros. Your company can pay by invoice, or by card through a payment link, and a card is charged in euros. Your bank converts the amount, so check whether your card adds a foreign transaction fee.
How far ahead should we book a large group tour? +
Book as early as you can. A large group needs several guides on the same day, so an early date gives us the most choice. For a date that is close, message us on WhatsApp at +31 6 23028032 and we will tell you straight away whether enough guides are free.
Ready when you are
Send the dates and the headcount. The plan and the price come back the same day.
